An award-winning luxury vodka, with exceptional quality and an incredibly smooth mouthfeel. Elit is freeze filtered at -18°c with proprietary, cutting-edge technology, inspired by ancient vodka-making traditions, that makes it exceptionally smooth, perfect for martinis, neat, or on the rocks.

The lands

The vodka story begins with the soil. The land it sources its grain from was chosen specifically for its fertility – an idyllic environment for growing ultra-high quality grain.

Single source grain

Each harvest of grain is carefully inspected before it is accepted into the distillery.

Then, they are slowly fermented before being distilled three times. This creates a spirit so pure that no traces of methanol can be found.

Mineral rich waters

Then the spirit is blended with artesian well water from 200m deep artesian well.

Purification

The high-tech Latvijas Balzams facility in Riga, Latvia then filters the spirit through super-fine quartz sand to begin the removal of impurities

Next, the flow rate is accurately set through birch wood charcoal to optimize the filtered, untainted spirit.

Freeze filtration at -18°c

To ensure perfection, the spirit goes through the signature freeze-filtration process at -18˚c. The super-chilled spirit is then passed at an ultra-slow velocity through ion-charged filters and is allowed to rest.

This is unique to Elit and no other vodka uses this technology today.
