Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We offer several secure ways to pay for your order:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard and other major cards securely via Stripe.

  • Digital Wallets: You can enjoy a fast, one-click checkout using Google Wallet or GrabPay.

  • Direct Bank Transfer: We accept manual bank transfers. You will receive our local banking details and instructions upon checkout. Your order will be dispatched once the funds clear in our account.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All card payments are tokenized and encrypted by Stripe, a globally trusted payment gateway, ensuring your data is fully protected.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does standard shipping take? Standard West Malaysia shipping is handled by DHL eCommerce. Once your order leaves our facility, it typically takes 2–4 business days to arrive at your address.

When will my standard shipping order be dispatched? We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. (except public holidays)

  • Order before 9:00 AM: Shipped the same business day.

  • Order after 9:00 AM: Shipped the next business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes, we offer an On-Demand Delivery service for urgent orders. We strive to fulfill same-day delivery requests whenever possible, though this is subject to our daily workload and order volume. If same-day fulfillment reaches capacity, your order is guaranteed to arrive the very next day.

How are the bottles packaged to prevent breakage? All bottles are shipped in highly secure, impact-resistant packaging. We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes to ensure your bottles are fully protected during transit.


Store Policies

All sales are final, returns are not accepted unless for the following reasons:

What happens if a bottle arrives damaged? While rare, if your order sustains damage during transit, please take clear photos of the damaged box and bottle immediately. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. (Please note that this will be handled case-by-case basis.)

Can I return an item? Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns  once they have been successfully delivered and accepted. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
