Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer several secure ways to pay for your order:

  • Credit & Debit Cards: We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards securely via Stripe.

  • Digital Wallets: Enjoy a fast, one-click checkout using Google Wallet or GrabPay.

  • Direct Bank Transfer: You will receive our local banking details and instructions at checkout. Your order will be dispatched once the funds clear in our account.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. All card payments are tokenized and encrypted by Stripe, a globally trusted payment gateway, ensuring your data is fully protected.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We currently ship standard orders across West Malaysia only.

Please note: We do not offer self-pickup, Cash on Delivery (COD), or shipping to East Malaysia, hospitals, airports, or government buildings.

How long does standard shipping take, and what is the cost?

Standard shipping to West Malaysia is handled by DHL eCommerce.

  • Cost: RM10 flat rate, but shipping is FREE when you purchase 2 or more bottles.

  • Delivery Time: Expect your package to arrive 2–4 business days after the order is shipped.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

When will my standard order be dispatched?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays):

  • Order before 9:00 AM: Shipped the same business day.

  • Order after 9:00 AM: Shipped the next business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped the following Monday.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer a Same-day Delivery service exclusively for customers in selected areas of the Klang Valley.

  • How it works: We partner with Lalamove to bring your order straight to you. We strive to fulfill same-day delivery requests, but if we reach capacity, your order is guaranteed to arrive the very next day.

  • Cost: RM30 flat rate.

  • Action Required: You must contact us via WhatsApp before placing your order to verify area eligibility and delivery times.

How are the bottles packaged to prevent breakage?

All bottles are shipped in highly secure, impact-resistant packaging. We use heavy-duty corrugated boxes to ensure your items are fully protected during transit.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

While rare, if your package is mishandled by the courier and arrives damaged, we will gladly arrange a replacement or give you your money back (handled on a case-by-case basis). To file a claim:

  1. Do not discard the broken items or the shipping box.

  2. Take clear photos or a video of the damaged package exactly as it arrived.

  3. Email us at admin@tipple.com.my or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your Order ID and your photo/video evidence.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right!

Are there any situations where a refund is not possible?

Yes. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by factors outside of our control. We do not offer refunds or free redeliveries in the following situations:

  • Wrong Information Provided: If your package is lost, delayed, or returned due to customer errors at checkout (e.g., incorrect delivery address, wrong postcode, or an unreachable contact number). Please double-check your details before paying!

  • Undeliverable Areas: If your address is located within an area restricted by our courier partners (like certain remote locations, secure facilities, or specific islands) and delivery cannot be completed.
