Why our prices are cheaper compared to similar retailer?
The products that we sell are duty free & genuine, just like those that you see at the airport. We have limited options because we sell only quality products. We sell them cheaper because we would like to attract more customers.

Are my details secure?
Yes. At Tipple we take your privacy seriously. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. Tipple does not store your personal credit card information. All transactions are done throught reputable third party payment gateway, e.g. 2Checkout & PayPal.

What forms of payment do you accept on Tipple?
We currently accept PayPal for credit card payments. PayPal now accepts direct checkout without users registering for an account at PayPal. It is currently the most secure and convenient payment gateway in the market.

To use PayPal direct checkout, click on "Checkout with PayPal" button in the shopping cart or at the Checkout page. You will be directed to the PayPal login page, if you would like to skip all the registration steps and proceed with credit card direct payment then click on "Pay with my credit or debit card" to proceed.

You may also choose Bank Deposit as alternate payment option during checkout.

Steps for paying with Bank Deposit

  • Shop for the goods from the store as usual
  • Checkout 
  • Choose Bank Deposit at the Order Cofirmation page
  • Deposit the money to

Please email us after payment has been made and provide with proof of payment. e.g. A photo of the bank slip or a screen capture of online payment receipt. We will process the order as soon as the confirmation has been made.

Do you deliver overseas?
At this point in time we do not deliver to Overseas.

Is every item in the store eligible for free delivery?
Yes, all items are eligible for free delivery.

How long will it take to deliver my purchase?
Please see our Shipping Policy on our Shipping page.

Can I change or cancel my order?
There will be no cancellation or amendment to be made once the order is confirmed.

Can I exchange or return an item that was purchased online?
Goods sold are not returnable/refundable. However:

Damaged Goods - In the unlikely event that an item damaged in delivery we will be more than happy to offer an immediate replacement. The delivery man will note any breakages at the point of delivery. Please email us immediately to inform us of any such occurence.

Faulty Goods - If an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit against your next order. Notification must be given to us within 2 working days of delivery. Please keep the offending item(s) and return to the person when making replacement.

Incorrect Goods Delivered - On very rare occasion when this occurs we offer replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.

How do I use a coupon code?
To redeem a promotion or coupon code, enter the code in the appropriate field in the Shopping Cart page before Checkout, or at the Order Confirmation page during checkout. Be sure to enter the code with the exact spelling and capitalization as shown. You must click "GO" in order for the discount to be applied. The discounted amount will be displayed. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the cart, a discount will not be applied.

How do I select items to purchase?
As you browse through Tipple, click on the "add to cart" button.

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?
When browsing through Tipple, simply click on the "Cart" icon on top right side of webpage to see which items you have in your shopping cart.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click the little "x" on the right of the item you wish to remove in the cart to remove it. 

How do I proceed to payment?
After shopping for items that you wanted, click on the Cart at the top right of any page. Check if everything is correct. If you are eligible for Coupon Code Offer then key the code into the appropriate field and click GO. The discounted amount will be displayed. If the code is invalid, expired or you have not placed the correct products in the cart, a discount will not be applied. Click Proceed to Checkout to go to the next step or if you are paying by Credit Card you can click directly on “Checkout With PayPal” to bring you to the secured PayPal Website to complete the payment. You need to register an account with us to make payment. If you are a new customer, click Continue on the left box to create a new account. Please provide valid contact and address as we will call and ship to the provided address. If you are a returning customer, please enter your Email address and password to login. You may use your existing billing address or create a new one, and you can use the billing address as shipping address as well. Click the button to proceed to next step. Choose existing shipping address or create a new one. Click the button again to proceed to Shipping Method. The shipping charges will be calculated automatically. Click continue. If you missed the steps to key in Coupon Code at the Shopping Cart you can do it here. Make sure everything is correct and choose to pay either by Bank Deposit or you can also choose to pay by PayPal here as well. You may leave a note to us in case there is any special instructions or comments. At last please read the Terms & Conditions carefully, agree with the terms and click Proceed to Payment.
