Terms & Conditions

 *** Please be informed that there is a chance that the items which were successfully checked-out/purchased would be out of stock due to our store's stocking system flaw. If such events occurred we will process a FULL REFUND to the origin method of payment. We are deeply regret that this is out of our control.

Important: Please provide a valid hand phone number to facilitate in delivery arrangement.

Orders received before 12:00 (12pm) from Monday - Friday, the shipment will be made on the NEXT working day and under normal circumstances the delivery will be on the FOLOWING working day. Orders received after 12:00pm will take another working day to fulfill. Please note that there will be ONE day float for the order to be fulfilled. Orders receive on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on next TUESDAY. You will receive the goods on the FOLLOWING working day onward. There will be no shipment and delivery on public holidays.

We will try our best to make sure the orders be shipped as soon as possible but sometimes due to some foreseen circumstances the shipment might be late.

We mainly use City Link Express for their fast and reliable delivery service. You usually will receive your order on the next business day after we send out the package. They provide Next Day Delivery to major towns in the Peninsular, for area outside City Link delivery area, 2 - 4 working days standard delivery time frame may apply.

Customers will be provided with a package tracking number. The shipment progress can be tracked from their website.

Please be reminded that goods sold are not returnable/refundable. However:

Damaged GoodsIn the unlikely event that an item damaged in delivery we will be more than happy to offer an immediate replacement. The delivery man will note any breakages at the point of delivery. Please email us immediately to inform us of any such occurence.

Faulty GoodsIf an item is found to be faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit against your next order. Notification must be given to us within 2 working days of delivery. Please keep the offending item(s) and return to the person when making replacement.

Incorrect Goods DeliveredOn very rare occasion when this occurs we offer replacement of the incorrect goods, on return of the bottle(s) in question.

Please check that the delivered items match your order.

We will not be responsible for mistakes made by buyers who provide wrong or incomplete mailing address, contact information & etc.

Please double check the order before proceed to payment.
