Nikka was the life’s work of Masataka Taketsuru, the “Father of Japanese Whisky”. Its products are rightly celebrated worldwide for their quality, and it is not an exaggeration to say that you can feel the ingenuity of Masataka in Nikka whisky. This particular Nikka Black Deep Blend whisky used malt aged in new oak barrels and was matured in Café grain malts.

This blend of Nikka is characterized by its very mild character. Despite its 45% alcohol content, it is very mild and balanced. An ideal whisky for every day with a great value for money.

Tasting Note

Nose: Garden herbs, subtle tropical fruit aromas, ripe apples and some stemmed ginger.

Palate: Creamy butterscotch, vanilla, balanced oak and plenty of warm ginger and spice notes.

Finish: Toffee sweetness and spicy oak.
