Shipping & Delivery

How We Ship Your Orders

We offer two different ways to get your items to you, depending on how quickly you need them:

  1. Normal Shipping (For West Malaysia Only)
  • Who it’s for: Regular orders going to West Malaysia. (Note: We do not deliver to East Malaysia).
  • How long it takes: Expect your package to arrive in 2 to 4 business days after order is shipped.
  • Tracking: We’ll email you a tracking number and a link so you can know the delivery progress.
  • Cost: There is a flat shipping fee of RM10, but if you buy 2 or more bottles, shipping is entirely FREE.
  1. Same-day Delivery (Only For Selected Klang Valley Areas)
  • Coverage: Customers in specific parts of the Klang Valley who need their items quickly (same day or next day, depending on our workload).
  • How it works: We use Lalamove to bring your order straight to you.
  • Rates: RM30 flat rate.
  • Action required: You must contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order to check delivery times and area eligibility.

Important Delivery Rules:

  • We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and we do not offer self-pickup option.
  • We absolutely cannot deliver to: East Malaysia, hospitals, airports, or government buildings.

Our Refund & Return Rules

Because of the type of items we sell, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or allow you to return or swap items just because you changed your mind.

When We Will Issue a Refund or Replacement:

  • Items broken in transit: If your package is mishandled by the courier and arrives damaged, we will replace it or give you your money back.
  • What you need to do:
  1. Do not throw away the broken items or the shipping box.
  2. Take clear pictures or a video of the damaged package exactly as you found it.
  3. Email us (admin@tipple.com.my) or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery. You must include your Order ID and your photo/video proof.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund or Replacement:

We are not responsible for delivery failures that are out of our hands. You will not get a refund or a free second delivery attempt if:

  • You made a mistake at checkout: It is your job to double-check your shipping details. If your package is delayed, lost, or sent back because you provided a typo in the address, the wrong postcode, or a bad phone number, we cannot refund you.
  • You live in a restricted area: If you put down an address that our couriers simply aren't allowed to enter (like certain remote areas, islands, or highly secure facilities), the order cannot be refunded.
