Tasting Note
 

Nose: Firstly, on the nose, experience a creamy, aromatic blend of vanilla custard, hints of aniseed, lemon curd, and butter toffee. Wood shavings and dried banana chips develop, with just a hint of cassis.

Palate: Then, on the palate, the banana chips appear again on the palate, joined by a creamy hit of barley malt and a touch of allspice. Ground walnut and caramel notes also emerge.

Finish: In the end the finish, light spice and black pepper linger on the tail. The finish retains notes of cereal sweetness.

Overall: This blend is spicy and beautifully balanced, with a lot going on.
